Organizational Culture and Climate
I received a BA in Psychology in 1978 from SUNY at Stony Brook. After working and supervising psychology students in a community setting for two years in the UK, I received my MA in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Behavior Systems and PhD in Organizational Behavior Systems from West Virginia University.
I have worked in the area of developing people and organizations my entire career. I currently work as Senior Director, Leadership Development at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In this role I focus on developing strong incumbent leaders as well as developing the pipeline of future leaders, including assessment, development and succession.I held a similar role for five years at Quest Diagnostics, where I built and deployed the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
Prior to that position, I was at IBM, responsible for the design, development and deployment of various leadership development programs for IBM’s leadership pipeline as well as senior executives.
